Cuite à basse température, le diamant noir en crème et copeaux,
feuilleté d’épinard et purée de lentilles de sault

Cuits au plat, émincés truffes à l’huile de rabasse, tartine de campagne à et aux graines de Guérande

We will keep the possibility on reservation only until mid-February to be able to come and taste this meal, however with a minimum of 2 persons at the time of reservation.

Extend your stay and enjoy the privileged setting of the Domaine des Escaunes. This former 16th century post house offers lovers of Provence the calm and sweetness of the region.

For any reservation of a Truffle dinner for two, we offer you the night in a double room at 50€ (excluding breakfast).
