The twenty-two (22) spacious rooms - between 26 and 78 m2 -, comfortable and tastefully furnished, can equally be equipped with big beds (180*200) or twin beds (90*200).

Booking terms :

Any order confirmation shall be made by mail, fax or email.

Any deposit shall be made by cheque, postal order or by giving a credit card number, its expiry date with your agreement for the debit.

From 1 day  to 3 days: 30% deposit
From 4 days and more: 50 % deposit
In July and August: 50 % deposit

This deposit is paid after acquainting, and implying acceptance, with all the clauses of the present contract and, in particular, with booking terms and with cancellation expenses listed below.

For any booking with breakfast or board, we will not reimburse not consumed services.

Cancellation conditions :

We want to let you know that in case of booking cancellation before the beginning of the stay or in case of early departure during the stay, it is to pay, as a criminal clause by the faulty co-contracting party, a compensation set in the following way:

• For stays from 1 day to 3 days :
  Up to 7 days: deposit
  From 7 days to 4 days: deposit + 20 %
  From 4 days to the arrival (or no show): 100 %
  Early departure: total payment for the reserved service

• For stays from 4 days and more :
  Up to one month: no expenses
  From one month to 21 days: deposit
  From 21 days to 14 days: deposit + 20%
  From 14 days to 07 days: deposit + 50%
  From 07 days to the arrival (or no show): 100%
  Early departure: payment of the balance for the reserved service

• For stays in July and August :
  Up to one month: no expenses
  From one month to 14 days: 50 % of the reserved service
  From 14 days to 7 days: 80 % of the reserve service
  From 7 days to the arrival (or no show): 100 % of the reserved service
