The course takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, inside the big arched kitchen of the estate. It is our chef who teaches cooking. He will teach you the basis of cooking and its history, but also the way to make easily delicate dishes by yourself that will surprise your guests on your return.

Of course, recipes are tasted during delicate meals.

A wine-grower of the region will make a complete animation to allow the participants to break the myths of the wine world.

The Domaine des Escaunes offers you a wonderful park with hundred-year old trees favourable for relaxation with its wonderful ornamental lake converted into a swimming-pool (7 m * 18 m).
